• Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reactivity was observed against other mouse heavy or light chain proteins.

• Application notes: Anti-Mouse IgM Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgM in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgM Antibody Biotin Conjugated tested against purified Mouse IgM Biotin. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Mouse IgM (p/n orb346283). The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugate Stabilizer and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
