Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins.

This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. A working dilution of 1:15,000 to 1:70,000 of the concentration is suggested for this product. Mouse IgG and IgM antibody is suitable for immunoassays including western blot and ELISA.
