Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store anti mouse secondary antibody at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot antibody and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

After blocking in 5% Blotto (p/n orb348624) 1 Hour at 20°C, Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) (GOAT) Antibody Fluorescien Conjugated (p/n orb347377) secondary antibody was used at 1:1000 in Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n orb348637).
