Detects recombinant mouse CD152/CTLA4 (Catalog No: orb2964812) in indirect ELISA.

Flow-cytometry using anti-mouse CD152 antibody. CD152 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-mouse CD152 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2974835, Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
