Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil section using Pink1. diluted at 1:1000 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the Secondary followed by DAB staining.

MME/CD10 western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35 μg/lane). This demonstrates the MME/CD10 antibody detected the MME/CD10 protein (arrow).
