Western blot analysis of anti-MEK1 Antibody (S218/222) in A2058, A375 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MEK1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Western blot analysis of lysate from rat C6 cell line, using MEK1 Antibody (S218/222). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.
