Western blot analysis of anti-LYN Antibody (N-term) in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). LYN (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
LYN Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Anti-LYN Antibody (E46) at 1:1000 dilution + Raji whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 59 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
