Description

LY303511 is a selective mTOR/S6K inhibitor that also suppresses casein kinase 2 and blocks Kv channels. It inhibits proliferation in lung adenocarcinoma cells and sensitizes TRAIL-resistant HeLa cells to apoptosis, making it a useful research tool for studying PI3K/mTOR signaling, cell cycle, and cancer biology in vitro.
