Western blot analysis of LUC7L2 Antibody (C-term) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). LUC7L2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

LUC7L2 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

LUC7L2 Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LUC7L2 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
