Western blot analysis of LIN28B Antibody (C-term) in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). LIN28B (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells using LIN28B Antibody (C-term) (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
