Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of LCAT Antibody (Center) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

LCAT Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

LCAT Antibody (Center) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LCAT Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of LCAT Antibody (Center) in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). LCAT (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
