All lanes: Anti-LAMP2 Antibody at 1:2000-8000 dilution. Lane 1: HeLat whole cell lysate. Lane 2: T47D whole cell lysate. Lane 3: Jurkat whole cell lysate.Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 45 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of LAMP2 Antibody with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human lung section using Pink1. diluted at 1:500 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.
