JR14a reduces mast cell degranulation and macrophage infiltration in BR103-induced rat paw edema.
In Vitro
In vitro, thiophene compounds potently inhibited intracellular Ca2+ release in human macrophages without inhibiting the agonist effects in the same concentration range as the related Complement protein C5a.
