Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of JIP1 Antibody (C-term) with MCF-7 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

JIP1 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometry analysis of MCF-7 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with JIP1 Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

All lanes: Anti-JIP1 Antibody (C-term) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: human brain lysate. Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
