Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of JAK2 Antibody (C-term) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

JAK2 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control (PBS alone) (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

The anti-JAK2 Pab is used in Western blot to detect JAK2 in mouse thymus tissue lysate.
