Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In 4-week-old male C57BL/6JOlaHsd mice, oral administration of Imeglimin (200 mg/kg; b.i.d.; for 6 weeks) caused a slight decrease in body weight and food intake, associated with some diarrhea, but these effects were only observed during the first few days of treatment.
