Western blot analysis of IL2RG Antibody (N-term) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). IL2RG (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

IL2RG Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Western blot analysis of lysate from Jurkat cell line, using IL2RG Antibody (N-term). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20 ug.

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized human spleen tissue labeling IL2RG at 1/25 dilution, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1583138) secondary antibody at 1/400 dilution (green).
