This assay recognizes natural and recombinant human IL-6. The factors listed below were prepared at 10 ng/mL in calibrator diluent and assayed for cross-reactivity. Preparations of the following factors at 10 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL-6 control were assayed for interference. No significant cross-reactivity or interference was observed.

According to the relevant quality standards, the antibody was sold and placed at 37 degrees for accelerated stability test. After 20 days of destruction, the antibody performance remained stable.
