  Neutralization:To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hIL-4 (1.0 ng/mL), a concentration of 6.0-8.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required.ELISA:In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 0.5-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 2000 pg/mL of recombinant human IL-4 when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-4 (XP-5188Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 μg/mL.Western Blot:To detect hIL-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.50 μg/mL.
