  IL-31 antibody can be used for the detection of IL-31 by Western blot at 2.5 - 10 μg/mL. Despite its predicted size, IL-31 runs at approximately 27 - 30 kDa in SDS-PAGE. For immunofluorescence start at 20 μg/mL.Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
