  IA: It can be used as a detection antibody. IF: The cells were incubated with anti-IGF-1R MAb 1B1 for 60 min at room temperature and then fixed with 3.7% formaldehyde in PBS for 15 min at room temperature, followed by detection with Alexa 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG (ref.1).
