IBI-363 is a PD-1/IL-2α-bias bispecific fusion protein targeting PD-1 and the IL-2 signaling pathway. It blocks PD-1/PD-L1-mediated immune suppression while selectively modulating IL-2 signaling to enhance T-cell activation and antitumor immune responses. IBI-363 can be used in cancer immunotherapy research, T-cell activation studies, immune checkpoint regulation, and immune activation of cold tumors.
