PuritySecondary Antibodies are prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
ConjugationFITC

Application notesAnti-Human IgG (H&L) Fluorescein Conjugated Antibody has been tested by dot blot. Secondary antibodies aid in the detection or sorting of target antigens by binding to the primary antibody. Anti-Human IgG (H&L) Fluorescein antibody is ideal for Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence Microscopy as well as other antibody detection methods where highly cross adsorbed (Pre Adsorbed) methods are required.
Expiration Date12 months from date of receipt.
