Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD37 antibody. Human RPMI-8226 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD37 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2975085, Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-IL23A monoclonal antibody at 1 µg/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human IL23A (Catalog No: orb2967278), Lane 2: negative control.
