Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD2 antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD2 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2975225, Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD2 monoclonal antibody at 1 µg/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human CD2 (Catalog No: orb2969468), Lane 2: negative control.
