Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD185 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD185 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: orb2975240) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-Human CD185/CXCR5 antibody. 293T cells transfected with CD185/CXCR5 (Red Histogram) or Empty vector (Yellow Histogram) with an anti-human CD185/CXCR5 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog #orb2975240) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF647 conjugated Goat anti-Mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
