Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD112 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD112 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: orb2974696) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human Nectin2 antibody. K562 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human Nectin2 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2974696, Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

KG-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human Nectin2 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2974696, Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD112/Nectin-2/PVRL2 monoclonal antibody at 1 µg/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human CD112/Nectin-2/PVRL2 (Catalog No: orb2966354), Lane 2: negative control.
