Description

HLX43 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting PD-L1. Its antibody moiety is the anti-PD-L1 antibody Opucolimab, which is conjugated via a tumor microenvironment-activatable tripeptide linker to the camptothecin-derived topoisomerase I inhibitor payload C24, with a DAR of 8. HLX43 can block PD-1/PD-L1 interactions and release the payload through tumor microenvironment protease-mediated linker cleavage, enabling intracellular release in tumor cells and extracellular bystander killing effects, and can be used in research on tumor immunity, ADC drug delivery, and tumor microenvironment-responsive therapy.
