Western blot analysis of lysates from human skeletal muscle tissue and PC-3, K562 cell line (from left to right), using HIST1H2BM Antibody (N-term). Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

All lanes: Anti-HIST1H2BM Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: PC-3 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: HepG2 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
