HAS2 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Western blot analysis of lysate from mouse heart tissue lysate, using HAS2 Antibody (Center). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20 ug.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. kidney section using HAS2 Antibody (Center). Diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.

HAS2 Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the HAS2 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
