Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Methods: Intracellular accumulation of [3H]-MX, a known substrate of ABCG2, was measured in cells overexpressing ABCG2 in the presence or absence of 5 μM GW 583340. Results: GW 583340 and GW2974 significantly increased the intracellular levels of [3H]-MX in cells overexpressing ABCG2.
