Western blot analysis of GPA33 Antibody (C-term) in K562, 293, MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). GPA33 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
GPA33 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
All lanes: Anti-GPA33 Antibody (C-term) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: 293T/17 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: HT-29 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 36 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
GPA33 Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the GPA33 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
