Western blot analysis of GOT1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal GOT1 Antibody (C-term). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the GOT1 gene.

GOT1 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

GOT1 Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the GOT1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
