  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 250-300 kDa and 30-35 kDa band seen in Raji Lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/ml. Please note that the band we consistently detect in western blots differs from the predicted size of 181kDa. Currently we cannot find an explanation for this in the literature. However, it has several consensus glycosylation sites. Glycosylations are known to affect migration of proteins on a SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press].
