Goat polyclonal antibody to TBC1D9, which also known as MDR1 are thought to function as GTPase-activators for Rab proteins. It is a P-glycoprotein implicated in the mechanism of multidrug resistance to chemotherapeutic agents. TBC1D9 functions as an energy-dependent membrane efflux pump for lipophilic compounds.
