• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.WB: Approx. 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 41.4kDa according to NP_127502.1 and NP_127503.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PCBP4 a band of approx. 45kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.

orb19596 (0.03ug/ml) staining of HeLa cell lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

HEK293 overexpressing PCBP4 (RC200749) and probed with orb19596 (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene.
