  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.WB: Approx 110kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 105kDa according to NP_015566.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 μg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 23-24kDa. This band was strong in Mouse Brain lysates and faint in Human Brain lysates. The band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
