  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx. 85-90kDa band observed in Human Brain (Amygdala) lysates (calculated MW of 91.6kDa according to NP_061850.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Neuregulin3 a band of approx. 98kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2 μg/ml.

orb19710 (0.1ug/ml) staining of Human Brain (Amygdala) lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

HEK293 overexpressing Neuregulin3 (RC207955) and probed with orb19710 (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene.
