• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.WB: Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Pancrease lysates (calculated MW of 90.8kDa according to NP_065846.1). Recommended concentration: 2-6µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 50kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
