| Application notes | ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.WB: Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 75.0kDa according to NP_001010848.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
