  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30kDa band in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates, but not in Human, Mouse and Rat Heart lysates after 1 μg/ml antibody staining. This protein has a calculated MW of 31.2kDa according to NP_998734.1. The 30kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates
