Application notes | ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Spleen shows nucleolar staining. Recommended concentration, 1-2ug/ml.WB: Experiments gave a band at approx 80kDa and a weak band at appr. 60-kDa in human bone marrow lysate after 1 μg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies (PMID: 12393874-60kDa and other unpublished antibodies-80kDa). This protein has a calculated MW of 51.0kDa according to NP_009052. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml. |
