Description

Goat polyclonal antibody to JAG1, which widely expressed in adult and fetal tissues. It may be involved in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis and promotes fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis. JAG1 expression is associated with prostate cancer metastasis and recurrence. Moreover, defects in JAG1 leads to Alagille syndrome type 1 (ALGS1).
