Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Image A: U937 cell lysate at primary Ab concentration 2 ug/ml, Image B: K562 cell lysate at primary Ab concentration 0.5 ug/ml and Image C: MOLT4 cell lysate at primary Ab concentration 1 ug/ml. (Loaded 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer, per lane). Detected by chemiluminescence.

Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U937 cells (blue line) permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488® conjugated secondary antibody (1 ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.

5 µg/ml staining of paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH6, AP-staining.
