  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows staining of cytoplasm, stronger in a selection of epithelial cells of distal convoluted tubules. Recommended concentration, 5-10 ug/ml.WB: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 34.5kDa according to NP_057399.1). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at approx.46kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported
