• Dilution range: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary testing showed a band at approx. 40kDa in K562, Caco-2 and U251 cell lysate after 3µg/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 37.7kDa according to NP_002149.2). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of Caco-2 and U251 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
