PMID 16932748).WB: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 50 kDa and 25 kDa in Human Kidney lysate after 1 μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted sizes of 41.0kDa according to NP_036320 (isoform a) and 30.8kDa according to NP_65892 (isofrom b). The bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported
