  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Colon, Heart and Ovary lysates (calculated MW of 50.2kDa according to NP_006320.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 23kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
