• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 26-27kDa band observed in human brain (Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 27.9kDa according to NP_065689.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
