  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 38 kDa band in Human Spleen lysate and an approx 26 kDa in Human Lung lysate after 1 μg/ml antibody staining. The bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Please note that according to the literature this protein is O-glycosylated (PMID: 12672699), which may explain the different sizes of bands we observe given the calculated size of 19.5 kDa according to NP_054883 and NP_659003. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates
